- You use the App at your own responsibility.
- The App is not directed to children under 13. If a child under 13 uses the App, they should do so with parental consent and supervision.
- A compatible iOS device and OS version are required. The App may not work properly due to device or OS changes, failures, or similar issues.
- You are responsible for providing the device, connectivity (for App Store download, updates, purchases, sharing, etc.), and related costs.
5. Free Plan and Paid Plans
5.1 Free Plan
- Basic App features are available free of charge.
- The free plan has limits, including a cap on the number of meetups you can register. The limit is 5 meetups.

- Refunds follow Apple Inc.’s refund policy and App Store rules. The Operator has no obligation to provide refunds beyond Apple’s rules.
- Prices follow App Store display prices, which may vary by country, region, and tax. The Operator may change prices, but rights to an already purchased paid plan remain subject to these Terms and App Store rules.
- More than one paid product may be offered. Which product applies is determined by the in-app purchase screen and App Store display.
For sales conditions, see Legal Notice (Specified Commercial Transactions Act).
6. User-Registered Content
- You may register display names, participant names, notes, photos, game records, and other content.
- You are responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, and non-infringement of third-party rights.
- If participant names or photos include other people’s information, you must register it with a lawful basis such as consent.
- The Operator handles your content on device only to provide App features and does not actively collect or publish it on external servers.
- You must not register content that violates laws or these Terms.

8. Data Storage, Loss, and Backup
- Record data is stored primarily on your device.
- Data may be lost or become unavailable due to device failure, loss, OS issues, uninstallation, deletion, lost export files, or similar events.
- The Operator has no obligation to recover your data. We recommend backing up important data using export features.

- You can export, import, and share record data using App features.
- You are responsible for storing, sharing, and managing export files and passwords.
- Encrypted export files cannot be decrypted if you forget the password.
- Sharing via messaging apps, social networks, or cloud storage is subject to those services’ terms and privacy policies.
- Import may merge with existing data and cause unintended duplication. Review content before importing.
